TSF is looking to recruit two or more new trustees with specific expertise in:

• Communications and social media, and/or
• Fundraising.

Expertise in the following areas would also be a benefit, but not essential:

• Biodiversity,
• Nature farm/regenerative farming,
• Built environment & sustainable design/development.

We welcome applications from all sections of the community to enable us to have a diverse trustee board. However, previous experience in the charity sector will be an advantage.

Location: TSF is based in Sussex. However, we welcome applicants based in either London or the South East.

Remuneration: Unremunerated, but expenses reimbursed.

Working arrangements: A minimum of 6 days per year, including 3/4 Trustee Board meetings p/y (at least one in person), 1/2 Planning/strategy sessions p/y and discrete oversight/portfolio management related to Trustee skills.

The deadline for applications is 28th February 2025. Interviews may be instigated before the closing date so early applications are encouraged.
