The Wilder Ouse conference in Lewes was a real pleasure to be part of. Bringing land owners, land managers, councils, community groups, youth groups and conservation experts together to connect land and people across the catchment, it was a truly energetic and solution-focused event.  So many great committed people,  so much action and such opportunity to make a real difference.

It’s a complex task bringing together the data, natural flood management, funding, creative thinking and coordinated action. The determination amongst participants was palpable and the work underway really tangible. It was a pleasure for TSF to work with the Sussex Wildlife Trust Wilder Ouse team in organising the event, chairing the day’s discussions and forging joined-up action for nature recovery.
